Red Panka is a small family-owned restaurant located in Redlands, California. It all began with a family of Peruvian immigrants who brought to America their cherished family cooking traditions passed down through generations.
Driven by a passion for flavorful cooking, they came up with the brilliant innovation of incorporating flavors from Peru and Mexico into a seamless fusion concept—satisfying the American craving for fresh, bold, and adventurous food.
